Brian Vanclieaf of Great Canadian Games & Hobbies in Sudbury, Ontario (Canada) writes in to share his experience with Magic Celebration.
The Magic Celebration was a fun event to run. We had 30 people register (the max. capacity) and 24 showed up. We had drawings for the extra packs and t-shirts so everyone left happy with between 4 and 24 packs of Magic boosters.
This is something that should be done at least once a year. There was a buzz about the event afterwards because I heard people that didn't show up talking about how much fun everyone had. Thumbs up to Wizards of the Coast for this one.
