Mark Craddock of Comic Book World, Inc. in Florence, Kentucky returns with a few more comments regarding Wizards of the Coast.

I understand that Wizards of the Coast has room to improve and any company, including mine, is always is looking to improve.  However, we both deal with numerous major publishers who don't do their job helping their product lines and their retailers, at all.  And several that don't even acknowledge that helping us is in their wheelhouse.

I am thankful for companies like WotC, DC Comics and Dark Horse every day, and sadly very, very aware of other companies that should be on that list.  And I've been doing personally this for well over a decade and for a company that’s about to turn 30.  I know how far off the radar Magic: The Gathering can fall.  I'm acutely aware of the time when Magic singles rarely broke the $10 mark.  I can simply say that I'm well prepared for that "day" when I don't have this level of support, because for most product lines, that's how most of us are forced to operate our stores already.  With that being said, when a publisher is giving me the tools I need, like WotC (and my rep, Brian Larabee) is, I'm going to go out of my way to give them the credit they deserve.  I'm sure we'll both face trials in Dark Ascension's pre-release, and I sincerely hope the worst we face is needing more product.
