Privateer Press has announced details of the next expansion book and series of models for the red hot Warmachine table-top miniatures game.  Titled Warmachine: Colossals, the new expansion features much larger models than the game has included to date.  The expansion book is expected to release in July.
 
The new Colossals range of miniatures will stand nearly twice as tall as the largest models currently included in the game.  The new sculpts offer the same level of detail that Privateer Press has been known for.  These super-heavy warjacks are mounted on 120mm bases.
 
“Warmachine: Colossals embody the next big step for Warmachine and Privateer Press,” Privateer Director of Biz Dev William Shick said.  “Colossals are the culmination of everything we’ve learned over the last ten years of making miniatures.”
 
Each major faction in the game will have its own all-new Colossal model, as well as new warcasters representing the evolution of the game’s iconic characters.  New rules and gameplay options will be designed for large-scale games of 150 points or more.
