Wil Wheaton will appear as one of three Media Guests of Honor at Gen Con, which will be held August 16-19 in Indianapolis.  Although he’s got a long background in geek TV appearances, his current role as the host of TableTop, the hit video series about hobby games on YouTube video channel Geek and Sundry that is driving game sales in stores across North America (see "Rolling for Initiative--Talking about TableTop") has given him new prominence in the hobby game space.

Wheaton's media background is full of geek faves, including his first role as Wesley Crusher on Star Trek: Next Generation and recurring roles on Syfy’s Eureka, TNT’s Leverage, and as himself on The Big Bang Theory.
