Konami Digital Entertainment has announced a new policy for the release of new products for its Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.  Traditionally those releases have come on Tuesdays, but starting with the Abyss Rising booster set, which will go live at retail on Friday, November 9th, all subsequent YGO releases will have Friday on-sale dates. 
 

The Fridays release policy has been a big hit in Japan because it allows players to purchase and play new Yu-Gi-Oh! products right away, whereas with the Tuesday releases, many consumers with weekday obligations at work or school, were forced to wait until the weekend to play.
