
Set at the end of the Bronze Age, players take the role of Teutonic Lords, whose goals are to ensure continuation and prosperity of their family line. This is achieved through appeasing the gods, who grant you favor in the form of controlling creatures and aiding your goals.
Designed by Morgan Dontanville (Spectral Rails), Asgard’s Chosen is for 1 – 4 players (ages 12 and up), plays in 90 minutes and has an MSRP of $42.00. A solitaire variation and a two-player co-op version are included in the rules.
The game box contains: 1 Start Player Tile, 12 Land Tiles, 8 Hero pieces (1 each of a male and female in player color), 8 Hero tiles (4 each of a male and female), 6 Enchanted tokens (3 for both wind and water enchantment bonus), 10 City Tiles, 36 Control Markers (9 for each player color), 2 Player Aids (two-sided: Sequence of Play & Gods Appeasement), 180 cards, and a rules booklet.
