Enterplay has acquired a multi-year license for 830 Studio’s Dicke Katze and Friends (“fat cats”) property, to produce a line of fat cat plushies and a line of trading cards and games.
 
Dicke Katze and Friends is the creation of German artist Olivia Vieweg, and the name “Dicke Katze” translates roughly from German into “Fat Cats.”  Vieweg created the brand as a celebration of why people love cats, wrote books, and created the plush toys.   830 Studios licensed the brand and launched a dedicated website which has 200,000 followers around the world.  The plushies (pictured here) are currently available with select retailers.
