Bushiroad has announced a new product type, ver. E, which debuts with the release of a new booster for its Cardfight!! Vanguard TCG in December. CFV: Booster Pack 16 – ver. E: Legion of Dragons & Blades will release on December 19.Much like what Bushiroad has done with its upcoming Weiss Schwarz releases (see “'Weiss Schwarz: Persona 4 ver. E'” and “'Weiss Schwarz: Fairy Tail ver. E'”), the new ver. E English edition Booster Pack will contain a mix of cards from several Japanese edition CFV sets. This product encompasses cards from the Japanese CFV: Trial Deck 15- Brawler of Friendship; CFV: Booster Pack16 – Legion of Dragons & Blades; CFV: Booster Pack17 – Blazing Perdition; CFV: Movie Trial Deck 1– Malefic Deletor; and CFV: Movie Booster Pack 1 – Neon Messiah. Certain cards from those releases have been omitted from this set.
Cardfight!! Vanguard: Booster Pack 16 – ver. E: Legion of Dragons & Blades booster contains 144 cards (RRR: 10 / RR: 16 / R: 30 / C: 88) which include SP:14 (Parallel) and 6 Legion Rare (Parallel). At least one card in every pack will definitely be an R or above. Displays contain 30 packs, each containing five random cards. There are 16 displays per carton, and each carton will also include 4 premium rubber playmats. Each display will come with one PR card “Harmonics Messiah.” Three sets of two secret foil (Legion Rare) cards are randomly inserted in three packs in each carton. There is also an original English Edition SP card included in this product.
This set will follow the release of three Trial Decks and two Extra Boosters in November (see “'Cardfight!!' Trial Decks and Extra Boosters”).
