Toy Vault has announced the new Princess Bride-themed board game for Q1 2015 release.
 
Players take the roles of characters from the movie and venture through the lands from the story, buying properties and building on them to collect Florins from other players.  But a bad roll could have players paying a heavy fine, dueling another player, or being thrown in the Pit of Despair.
 
The box contains 5 character tokens, dozens of Castle and Cottage pieces, Tru Wuv and Inconceivable! cards, a game board, and more.  MSRP is $44.99
 
Toy Vault has had a Princess Bride license since 2007 (see "Toy Vault Has 'Princess Bride'"), and has released several plushes as well as the Storming the Castle card game co-produced with Playroom Entertainment in 2008. 
 
Game Salute announced several new Princess Bride games planned for 2014/2015 release this Spring (see "'Princess Bride' Games").
