Shockwaves of the Shattered Rainbow, the expansion for the Duel Masters Trading Card Game due out in April brings with it a special offer: a redemption card driving consumers to hobby stores, where they can get 'The Best Duel Masters Promo Card Ever Made.' The Duelmasters Website will list the stores participating in this promotion, which runs through July.

The promo card, which was translated and brought over from Japan just for this promotion, is a 'Rainbow' card, which combines the power of two different civilizations into one card that produces both types of mana.  Since more series of Duel Masters cards have been released in Japan (where the game is hugely popular), the promo card is very advanced. Retailers interested in participating in this promotion should contact Wizards of the Coast.

The Shockwaves of the Shattered Rainbow Expansion is available in 40-card Theme Decks (MSRP $5.99) and in 10-card Booster Packs (MSRP $3.49).  The Duel Masters anime series airs every Saturday night at 7 pm (ET, PT) on the Cartoon Network.
