Viz Media has announced that the Deko Boko Friends anime, which targets pre-school children with messages about diversity and tolerance, will run on a variety of Nickelodeon channels including Nick Jr., Noggin' and Nicktoons.  Produced as 30-second shorts, the Deko Boko Friends anime features 12 unique characters.  The Nickelodeon channels will carry 60 of the Deko Boko interstitials.

Viz Media has named Spin Master Ltd. as the master toy licensee for Deko Boko Friends, while Simon & Schuster has nabbed the publishing license for the preschool property.
