Kaching Brands, which debuted at San Diego Comic-Con, is a new company specializing in offering limited edition toys, apparel, and accessories based on a variety of properties. Kaching does not plan to offer its products to distributors; it will instead deal with a small number of retailers that represent a good fit for its limited offerings. Kaching will also not do direct-to-consumer sales, preferring to work through retailers.
Licensed figures will all be produced in editions of 888, a number chosen for its auspiciousness in Asian cultures. The limited editions and distribution plan are all being designed to favor a strong aftermarket on the company's figures.
All figures will be made of vinyl.
