FUNimation announced three 2008 launches at Otakon including two 26-episode NTV series, Ouran High School Host Club and Sasami, and the four-episode Baldr Force EXE Resolution OVA from Crei.

Ouran High School Host Club is a romantic comedy from Bones studio, which produced Fullmetal Alchemist. Haruhi is a scholarship student at a very rich school where an encounter with the Ouran Host Club leads to the acquisition of a male uniform and identity.

Sasami is a magical girl (majo) spin-off series from Tenchi Muyo featuring Sasami, who chooses to hide her special powers until a new teacher arrives and takes over the cooking club. 

Baldr Force EXE Resolution from the Satelight studio is a cyber adventure series about Toru Soma, a computer hacker who ends up switching sides in order to find out who killed his best friend (and leader of the hacker group) and defend the world from cyber terrorists.
