A number of sources are reporting that on-air promos for an anime block on Tech TV began airing over the weekend.  Called Anime Unleashed, the block is to include Serial Experiments: Lain, Crest of the Stars, and Betterman.  Crest of the Stars and Betterman are available on DVD from Bandai through Pionieer, and Serial Experiments:  Lain is a Pioneer title.  Start date is to be Monday, December 30.
