Yancy Butler will return as Red Mist's mother in Kick-Ass 2, according to Hollywood Reporter. Casting is moving along, with multiple announcements this week (see "Donald Faison as Dr. Gravity"). Shooting is scheduled to begin in Toronto in September, according to the report, with additional shooting planned for New York.
