Starz announced that the Outlander adaptation of Diana Gabaldon’s book series, executive-produced by Ronald D. Moore (Battlestar Galactica) will debut August 9.
The 16-episode season of the romance/sci-fi/history epic about a 1945 combat nurse who suddenly finds herself in mid-18th Century Scotland is currently shooting on location in Scotland.
