The Wizard World Website now includes the latest addition to the Wizard World show lineup, the Wizard World Comic Con Pittsburgh, which will be held from September 11-13 at the David Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh.

Wizard World apparently acquired the Pittsburgh show from co-founder Renee George, who founded the Pittsburg Comic Con in 1994 with her husband Michael George.  The exact nature of the deal between Wizard World and the Pittsburgh Comic Con is not known at this time, but it is clear that the Pittsburgh show has now joined the burgeoning Wizard World lineup.

Michael George, who operated the Comic World comic shop along with his second wife Renee, is currently serving a life sentence in Michigan for the murder of his first wife Barbara George in 1990 (see "Michael George Convicted in Second Trial").
