USAopoly has expanded its Firefly license to include a version of Monopoly this year, planned for March release.

The company announced the license last year at Toy Fair (see "USAopoly Plans 'Firefly' Games") and released both CLUE: Firefly (see "First Look at 'Firefly Clue'") and Yahtzee Firefly (see "'Firefly' and 'Dalek Yahtzee,' 'Munchkin Adventure Time'").

Monopoly: Firefly Edition will have an MSRP of $39.95.

The Firefly TV show and Serenity movie licenses have proved evergreen, with new board game (see "'Firefly: Base Game: Resin Ships'"), card game (see "'Firefly: Tall Card'") , RPG (see "Seven 'Firefly' RPG Releases") and action figure (see "Funko 'Firefly' Action Figure Pics") releases continuing to appear.
