At Toy Fair, Diamond Select Toys was showcasing new Ghostbusters merchandise, including new action figures, pizza cutters, bottle openers and electronic ECTO-1 vehicles.
"We’ve been making Minimates and banks from Ghostbusters for years, but now we’ve expanded our license," Diamond Select Marketing Supervisor Zack Oat told ICv2.
The first item to debut will be the Ghostbusters Slimer Pizza Cutter, which is planned for July. MSRP is $14.99.
{IMAGE_4}This will be followed by a line of 7-inch action figures in Q4. The first releases will include Ray, Winston and Dana. The figures will include diorama-style set pieces as well as individual accessories. "If you buy all the figures in the series, you’ll eventually be able to build a diorama of the final battle scene from Ghostbusters," Oat said. The figures will have MSRPs of $24.99. Oat said they plan to expand the line to include electronic ECTO-1 vehicles in the future.
In Q1 2016, the Slimer, Stay Puft, and Ghostbusters Logo Bottle Openers will arrive. MSRP is $18.00 each. Also planned for Q1 2016 is the Ghostbusters Logo Pizza Cutter. MSRP is $14.99.
