MTV released a second trailer for its upcoming series The Shannara Chronicles during its highest-rated programming of the year, the Video Music Awards. The first was released at Comic-Con (see “’The Shannara Chronicles’ First Look Trailer”). The series, based on Terry Brook’s fantasy novels, will launch in January.
