This third outing sees the return of Po’s long-lost panda father, who takes him to a secret panda village. But the villain Kai is sweeping across the country, defeating all the kung fu masters in his wake and threatening the panda village.  So Po must teach them to defend themselves.

Modiphius recently announced a license to produce Kung Fu Panda board games (see “'Kung Fu Panda' and the Return of 'Siege of the Citadel'”).

The film opens in theater on January 29 (see “Best in Shows--Q1 2016”).
