Dark Horse will release Wandering Island, a recent manga by Kenji Tsurata, the creator of Spirit of Wonder, the company announced Tuesday. Dark Horse published Spirit of Wonder (under license from Kodansha) back in the 90s, and no new English-language Tsurata titles have appeared since.
The story, which Dark Horse describes as a “retro flying adventure in the spirit of Hayao Miyazaki, follows a young woman who operates an air delivery service, and her search for a way to deliver a parcel left by her deceased grandfather.
