DC Entertainment laid out the creative teams for its "Rebirth" relaunch event, which was announced in broad strokes last month (see "DC Unveils 'Rebirth'"), at WonderCon this weekend.  Most important among them was the revelation that Scott Snyder would move from Batman to All Star Batman, which is likely to make it DC’s #1 ongoing title.  This was big news, because although it had been known that Snyder would be leaving Batman, Detective Comics had previously been mentioned as his possible destination.  The company also announced that Snyder had signed an exclusive contract (see "DC Signs Two Big Exclusive Deals").

John Romita, Jr., Jock, and Sean Murphy will share art duties on All Star Batman, which will launch in August at a 2X/month frequency.  Using multiple artists is how DC plans to manage the 17 2x/month titles it plans as part of its "Rebirth" line.  Snyder said that the title will have a Road Warrior feel, as Batman and Two-Face cross the country, with the goal to make Two-Face as scary as The Joker.

The other biggest creative announcement was that DC Co-Publisher Jim Lee will be sharing art duties on Suicide Squad with Phillip Tan.  Rob Williams will be writing the title.

Writers on other Batman titles are Tom King on Batman, James Tynion IV on Detective Comics, Tim Seeley on Nightwing, Hope Larson on Batgirl, and Julie Benson & Shawna Benson on Batgirl and the Birds of Prey.  David Finch and Mikel Janin will be the artists on Batman; Eddy Barrows and Alvaro Martinez on Detective; Javi Fernandez and Marcus To on Nightwing; Rafael Albuquerque on Batgirl; and Claire Roe on Batgirl & the Birds of Prey.
