The expansion requires the base game to play and introduce new elements in the fight between the villainous The Hood and the heroic Tracy family. It includes 56 new disaster cards, 4 F.A.B. cards, 4 event cards, 3 character cards, 4 pod vehicle tokens, 3 models, 3 character pegs, 14 pod vehicle models, and 2 gameboard overlays. MSRP will be $34.99.

The original game, designed by Pandemic veteran Matt Leacock, came out last year with a premiere at Gen Con (see "'Thunderbirds' Board Game Release Set") timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the cult UK TV show. The expansion is likewise set for an August release.
