The first trailer for the Assassin’s Creed feature film from 20th Century Fox was released via Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday.  The film, starring Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard, releases on December 21, 2016. 

The studio also released the first poster for the film.  The first images were released last December (see “Geek Movie Image Round-Up”).
