Udon Entertainment will release the manga adaptation of the video game Persona 3 in September.

Written and drawn by Shuji Sogabe, the story follows a group of high school students who have stumbled on a phenomenon known as the “Dark Hour,” which takes place at midnight, and unleashes demons into their world. They form a team to help protect their fellow humans, by calling on their inner “Personas” to help battle the menace each night.  MSRP is $13.99.

Udon has already released the first volume in the Persona 4 manga adaptation, as well as the Persona 3 and Persona 4 art books. The anime for Persona 4 was released last fall by Sentai Filmworks in the U.S. (see “ICv2: DVD Round-Up: 'Age of Ultron,' 'Spy,' 'iZombie,' 'Poltergeist,' & 'Bleach'”).
