The asymmetrical gameplay casts one player in the role of invader, in charge of a hoard of bloodthirsty demons, while the other players take the role of elite UAC marines. The marines come equipped with a customizable deck of weapons and armor, numerous lives, and special moves like Glory Kill and Telefragging. The invader has a deck of demon and event cards. The game includes two operations of six missions each for a variety of game play. Each mission includes a unique map, specific rules, various items for retrieval and objectives for both invader and marines.  Both sides need to carefully plan their moves and use their special abilities if they hope to be victorious.
