The OGN, penciled and inked by Liefeld and written by Chris Sims and Chad Bowers, finds Deadpool facing down -- and getting taken down by -- Thumper, an enemy Deadpool can’t seem to remember making. The 112-page, full-color hardcover comes with a parental advisory and an MSRP of $24.99. The book is due in stores on March 15, 2017.
Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza’s creation inspired the top-grossing R-rated movie of all time, and a sequel is in the works, helmed by John Wick director David Leitch (see “'Black Panther,' 'Han Solo,' 'Deadpool 2,' 'Mortal Kombat,' 'Fullmetal Alchemist'”). A release date has yet to be announced.
