Papal Election Dice Game by Scott Almes
Posted by Milton Griepp on December 29, 2016 @ 2:15 am CT

House of Borgia, designed by Scott Almes (Tiny Epic Kingdoms, Harbour, StarFall) and published by Talon Strikes Studios, will be released to the trade (via Hit Point) January 27. In the game, the old pope has passed away and a Conclave of Cardinals has been convened to elect the next. Each player will control one of six Cardinals to try to get him to win the election.
A twist on Liar’s Dice, this dice rolling, hidden role game requires players to keep the Cardinal they’re supporting secret or risk being unable to win. As in the era of the Borgias, players will use bribes, poison, nasty rumors, and other dastardly strategies.
