Chronicle Books will release Donner Dinner Party, a rowdy game of frontier cannibalism, on August 1.

Some players are pioneers, and some are cannibals, eager to make an unsuspecting pioneer tonight’s dinner. Players must uncover the cannibals if they hope to make it off the mountain alive.

The game includes 62 identity and playing cards. The game is for 4 – 10 players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. MSRP is $19.95.
