Spring will see three more small-format games releasing from Ultra PRO, with Fetch and Battle Kittens releasing in May, followed by Iron Curtain in June.

In Fetch, players try to help their furry little friends find their favorite treats in the park, while trying to keep their opponents from doing the same.  Players can rotate, shift, or rearrange the 20 park tiles to change the network of paths linking pets to treats.  Fetch was created by Chris Castagnetto (3 Wishes).

Fetch includes 20 park tiles, 4 stand-up pet markers, 12 treat tokens, and an 8-sided die.  Intended for 2 to 4 players, ages 12 and up.  Playing time is about half an hour.  MSRP is $15.00.

Battle Kittens pits cute anthropomorphic cats against each other on a fantasy-style battlefield.  Players try to lead their kittens to battle to claim the most fresh fish in this card game.

This game comes with 80 cards and 60 tokens.  MSRP is $10.00.

Daniel Skjold Pedersen and Asger Harding Granerud’s Iron Curtain distills the Cold War action of their earlier designs 13 Days and 13 Minutes into a micro-game format.  Two players assume control of the nuclear superpowers and try to dominate the battlegrounds of the world while expanding their political influence.

Iron Curtain includes 18 cards, 1 scoring track, and 48 influence cubes.  MSRP is $20.00.

May will also see the release of Flag Dash, for which publisher PieceKeeper Games has extended a worldwide license to Ultra PRO (see “Ultra PRO Acquires ‘Flag Dash’”).
