Amazing Spider-Man #25 wasn't just the top-selling comic in March 2017, it was also that rare creature, a million dollar book in the North American comic store market. Sales were up 84% over the previous issue, and with a cover price two-and-a-half times the normal price, the combination pushed dollars on the title up to quadruple its normal size.
The big win for Amazing Spider-Man came in a month when only two titles topped 100,000 copies, both special-format up-priced issues. Both issues of Batman were below 100,000 copies, the first time that's happened since the DC's Rebirth re-launch.
