Game industry veteran Adam Lovell will be joining the CMON team as the company’s new General Manager. His new position officially begins on May 8. Lovell will manage operations at the Alpharetta, Georgia offices of CMON.
Lovell’s experience in the industry spans both game publishing, with a brief stint with Paizo Publishing in 2012, and game distribution, having until recently served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Southern Hobby Supply.
His responsibilities at CMON will include expanding the company’s distribution and marketing in the United States, as well as overseeing operations at the Alpharetta office.
In a press release, Lovell was quoted as saying "I’m excited and more than a little humbled to come on board and hit the ground running. Together, we will nurture and build the positive culture of the Alpharetta office and at every event CMON attends." The first such event will be the CMON Expo 2017, held in Atlanta from May 12 to 14.
Just last month, CMON announced that renowned designer Eric M. Lang would be joining their team (see "Designer Eric M. Lang Joins CMON").
