The cooperative adventure card game Mistfall was released to the U.S. market in 2015 (see “NSKN's Fantasy Adventure Game 'Mistfall' Gets U.S. Release”), and spawned a stand-alone expansion, Mistfall: Heart of the Mists, and other add-ons. Shadowscape, is a competitive / cooperative objective based dungeon crawl designed by Blazej Kubacki (Mistfall, Simurgh). Players assemble a random set of rooms, and then must manage their skills and hands of fate cards to complete a number of objective cards (Nightfather’s Whispers) to win the game. The monsters in the game are controlled by an automated AI which makes the challenges more compelling and different each time. The game uses heroic characters from both Mistfall and Heart of the Mists, as well as reintroducing villains from both games.

The game is for 1 – 5 players, ages 13 and up, and plays in 60 minutes. MSRP is $39.99.
