The new card series focuses on the Mythical and Legendary Pokemon, with many popular monsters putting in an appearance including Zekrom, Latios, Mewtwo-GX, Entei-GX, Keldeo, Shining Jirachi, and Shining Volcanion.
Four different boxed sets have been announced:
The Shining Legends Elite Trainer Box will include ten Shining Legends boosters, a foil promo card of Shining Ho-Oh, 65 card sleeves with Ho-Oh art, 45 Energy cards, a players guide, six damage counter dice, a coin-flip die, three acrylic markers, code card, and a collector’s box with four dividers. MSRP is $49.99.
The Shining Legends Pin Box—Pikachu features the famous electric mouse and includes a foil Pikachu promo card, a collector’s pin, three Shining Legends booster packs, and a code for the online game. MSRP is $15.99. Shining Legends Pin Box—Mewtwo similarly comes with a foil promo card of the cat-like critter, a collector’s pin, three Shining Legends booster packs, and a code card. MSRP is $15.99. Lastly, the Alolan Raichu Figure Box will include a figurine of the surfer Pokemon, a foil promo card, four Pokemon booster packs, and a code card.
