Games Workshop announced the new Forgebane Battle Box for Warhammer 40,000, releasing soon.
The Forgebane Battle Box includes two armies, Adeptus Mechanicus and Necrons, along with rules for playing them and a chapter in the lore of the game. Conflicts between rival armies often erupt on forge worlds (worlds devoid of life but rich in ore or other resources) when the worlds are found to be hiding ancient and horrifying secrets. The Battle Box is an economical way to start a new army, as the contents cost more individually, and the box also debuts the new Cryptek and Imperial Knight units.
MSRP and release date were not announced at this time.
