GAMA announced the winners of the GAMA Power Retail Awards at the GAMA Trade Show dinner on Tuesday night.  The award winners are selected by the GAMA Retail Division. 

The Power Retail Award for Outstanding Marketing was won by Kirwan’s Game Store in Catskills, New York.  Kirwan’s released its own mobile app which sent notifications about tournaments and events to customers. 

The Power Retail Award of Outstanding Organized Play Program was won by Giga-Bites Tabletop Café in Marietta, Georgia.  Over half of the 8,000 square foot store is devoted to play space, where the store runs the Giga Champions program, Regionals, and Grand Tournaments.

The Power Retail Award for Outstanding Store Design was won by Imaginaire in Quebec City, Quebec. The design was developed to inspire customers and make anyone who walks into the store feel young again.  

And the big prize, the Power Retail Award for Outstanding Store was won by Giga-Bites Tabletop Café in Marietta, Georgia. 

GAMA did not announce or release the names of the retailer owners whose stores won the award this year, or any store photos, this year.
