Seven Seas Entertainment will launch My Little Pony: The Manga – A Day in the Life of Equestria, a manga series set in the world of Hasbro’s My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
The manga series is told in the four-panel style used in many Japanese manga, and each volume will include eight self-contained, interconnected stories starring the Mane 6 and other characters. In the first volume, Pinkie Pie discovers a strange mirror when she’s helping Twilight Sparkle and Spike clean the library. It opens a portal to alternate realities, and then Pinkie Pie sets off a chain of events which may mess up Equestria.
The first volume will launch in June with an MSRP of $10.99.
Seven Seas will also release My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Papercraft – The Mane 6 & Friends, a paper-crafting book for fans of the show. It will release in July with an MSRP of $14.99.
