The five-issue miniseries is written by Pak (Action Comics, Hercules, Firefly, Star Wars) and illustrated by Milonogiannis (Prophet, Old City Blues), It will feature a main cover for issue #1 by Milonogiannis, and  variant covers by David Lafuente and Ethan Young.

Set in post-disaster Feudal Japan, survivors from a mysterious attack that swept through Japan, Korea, and China gather on an island and begin to build a new society. Young Hana, and orphaned Korean girl, and Kenichi, son of a great samurai, would never spend time together, except an army invades the island and claims to have been sent by the Shogun. They expect fealty from the islanders, in exchange from a coming force of mutants that plan to wipe out humanity.
