Gen7: The Breaking Point, a new expansion for Plaid Hat Games’ Crossroads game Gen7, will provide for five- or six-player play, and includes a new scenario that introduces a competitive play alternative to the cooperative play of the base game. 

The new expansion adds components for 5-6 players by adding two new barracks, Logistics and Security, to the four barracks in the base game.  The Logistics Barracks can be used in any Gen7 play; the Security Barracks is used in the new competitive scenario in the expansion. The new optional scenario follows the events of the base game, but is a competitive experience rather than the original cooperative version.

New crew is introduced in the expansion, and allies the player has come to rely on may be revealed as threats.

• 21 Operations Tasks
• 10 File Cards
• 10 Schema Cards
• 2 Hidden Ship Locations
• 1 Scenario Book

MSRP for this release is $34.95.  Release is planned for Q1/Q2 2019.  The base game was announced for Q4/Q1 (see “Plaid Hat Offers New ‘Crossroads’ Game”).
