Built on the Dice Masters platform developed by Mike Elliott and Eric M. Lang, Trouble in Waterdeep introduces characters and monsters from the city of Waterdeep and the surrounding area to the game, including Xanathar, Manshoon, and Volo, as well as classic adventurers like the bard, druid, and monk. As a Campaign Box, it can be used on its own, and includes everything two players need to start playing the game. Or, it can be combined with other Dice Masters products to create new strategy options.
