Geppi Family Enterprises, the parent company of Diamond Comic Distributors and Alliance Game Distributors, is expanding its team as Diamond and Alliance enter a new banking relationship, the company announced.
JP Morgan Chase will provide a new credit facility for Diamond Comic Distributors and Alliance Game Distributors, supporting the companies’ efforts to expand, create new products and raise profitability.
Stan Heidmann has joined the Geppi Family Enterprises Office of the Chairman as President. Heidmann comes from PepsiCo, where he was Finance Division Executive – Revenue Management for the Mid-Atlantic states. Other members of the newly created Office of the Chairman include company owner Steve Geppi, who is Chairman and CEO, and Executive Representative Joe Foss, who will serve as Vice Chairman.
Geppi Family Enterprises, formed in 2015, is the parent of Diamond, Alliance, Diamond Select Toys, Baltimore Magazine, Hake’s Auctions, Diamond International Galleries, and Gemstone Publishing.
Geppi explained the moves. "I just turned 69 this past January," he said. "This is an age when most people begin to slow down. However, my health is good, and I’m as energized as ever. I’m very optimistic about the future and believe these changes will make us a much stronger, more vibrant and exciting organization in the years ahead."
