Each Rising Rampage Special Edition includes 3 booster pack of Rising Rampage, along with 2 (of 4) new Super Rare cards. The new Super Rare cards include Marincess cards, a new WATER monster theme from October’s core booster set and a new Salamangreat monster exclusive to this release. The Marincess cards will be tournament-legal upon release.
Rising Rampage launches July 26 and is the first core booster set of the 2019-2020 season (see "Details on ‘Yu-Gi-Oh! Rising Rampage’"). The Rising Rampage Special Edition follows the release of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG: Fists of Gadgets all-foil booster set in August (see "The Brotherhood of the Fire Fists Returns to ‘Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG’").
