Gen Con News: Pandasaurus Games announced new board games for the Fall, Wayfinders and Silver & Gold.

Wayfinders was created by DeCrypto designer Thomas Dagenais-Lespérance (see "Transmit the Code in 'Decrypto'"). It is a route-building game where players take on the role of biplane explorers. Players build hangars on islands so they can expand their reach, and must equip their planes for treacherous expeditions. The game accommodates two to four players ages eight and up, plays in 30-40 minutes, and retails for $39.95. Expected ship date is October 30.

Silver & Gold is by Phil Walker-Harding, designer of Sushi Go (see "'Sushi Go!' Gets The Dice Treatment for Gamewright's 25th Anniversary"). It’s a write-and-roll game, wherein players attempt to fill in "X’s" in the proper sequence to close out treasure cards before moving onto the next one. It features simultaneous play, creating a frenetic race to finish first. For two to four players, ages 8+, the game takes about 20 minutes, and retails for $19.95. Silver & Gold is due out in November.
