Matagot will release Western Legends, a wild west tabletop game, into retail stores in September.

Western Legends is an open-world sandbox tabletop game that takes place in the American Wild West. Players assume the roles of historic characters in attempts to earn a legendary status in the history books. Characters can become legends by gambling, driving cattle, prospecting for gold, robbing the bank, fighting off bandits, pursuing stories, or by becoming an outlaw or peacekeeper.

The game box comes with a game board, 12 characters, 48 goal cards, 13 fight cards, 52 poker cards, 40 story cards, 54 money cards, 54 items cards, 11 man-in-black cards, general store, 36 acrylic gold nuggets, 37 tokens, 24 wooden cubes, two prospecting dice, six player mats, six player miniatures with six removable plastic rings, six unique bandits, a sheriff, and a double-sided player aid. Western Legends is for two to six players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 90 minutes. It will retail for $74.99.
