The Pokémon TCG: Galar Collection showcases the new starter Pokémon from Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. Each collection will contain three cards featuring Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble. Additionally, each collection will contain an oversized card of the legendary Pokémon Zacian or Zamazenta with the upcoming Pokémon V mechanic alongside the starter Pokémon cards. The Galar Collection will also include one of three glossy pins, featuring one of the starter Pokémon, four Pokémon TCG booster packs, and one code card for the Pokémon TCG Online game.

The Pokémon V mechanic will be a part of the new Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield series (see "'Sword & Shield' Comes to 'Pokemon TCG'").
