Goodman Games unveiled The Cthulhu Alphabet, a design reference book for Lovecraftian lore, which will be released into stores in November.

The Cthulhu Alphabet is design reference book for the Lovecraftian mythos that is structured in an A-to-Z fomat, similar to The Dungeon Alphabet (see "Goodman Cuts Prices"). The reference starts from "A" which is for "Angles", continues on through "C" for "Cultists", and works all the way down to the letter "Z" for "Zombies". It can be used by game masters, designers, or authors as an illustrated guide to the utter insanity that is the world of H.P. Lovecraft. This book also contains helpful random tables for RPG's that are intended to flesh-out fear-provoking stories, and can be used with any rules system.

This book will be available with four variant-cover versions: a standard hardcover, a bronze foil hardcover, cerulean foil hardcover, and a limited edition leather-bound cover. The standard hardcover edition will have a full-color cover and retail for $24.99. The bronze foil and cerulean foil hardcover books will feature covers done by fan favorite artists, Brad McDevitt and Stefan Poag, and are listed at $34.99 each. Finally, the leather-bound limited edition will feature a cover dawning a foil illustration by Peter Mullen. It will retail for $100.00.

Recently, Goodman Games also announced the first two titles of its Dungeon Crawl Classics Horror line (see"Goodman Begins 'Dungeon Crawl Classics Horror' Line ").
