The artwork for General Vicar and Emperor Scion is done by Godfrey Escota, for the Brushed Art coat-of-arms versions, and Jose Rafael Cruzpagan III, for their Matte Art portrait versions. Each sleeve features full art that stretches edge-to-edge with no white borders. The sleeves are lightly textured, have a clear front, and do not peel or split.
