Continuing the Soul Wars storyline, Wrath of the Everchosen chronicles the conflict between the Great Necromancer Nagash and Archaon Everchosen, Exalted Grand Marshall of the Apocalypse. The book describes the battles between the undead armies of Nagash and the Chaos forces of Archaon around the Varanspire.
In addition to the story elements, Wrath of the Everchosen introduces new rules for Roaming Monsters that can be recruited into players’ armies, new Wandering Endless Spells that move uncontrolled through the battlefield, and siege warfare. New Allegiance Abilities for Chaos Grand Alliance armies and eight new Battleplans round out the book.
