In a standard game of the The Mind, players have a 1-to-100 card deck and their team's job is to cooperatively play all the cards in hand in order without communication. The Mind Extreme, however, plays with two decks, a red deck and a blue deck, of 1-to-50 cards. One of the decks is an ascending deck, and the other deck is a descending deck. Players are required to alternate between the two decks, depending on the cards in their hand, and play the cards in their hand in order, all without communicating with the other players.

The Mind Extreme is for two to four players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 20 minutes. It will retail for $14.95.
